Meringue
Ingredients
- 4 Egg whites
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1½ c Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Cream of tartar
Instructions
- Beat egg whites and salt till stiff peaks form.
- Fold in sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons full
- Bake at 300 for 25 minutes
