Chicken Tetrazini

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 c Chicken pieces
  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • 1 lb Mushrooms
  • 2 c Chicken broth
  • 1 c Warm whipping cream
  • 1 pkg Italian shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg Parmesan cheese & mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken and spaghetti. Put into greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with both cheeses, mushrooms. Pour sauce over combination.

Sauce

  • Heat & mix 2 tbsps butter and 2 tbsp of flour, add 2 cups of chicken broth. Remove from heat, stir in 1 cup warm whipping cream. Add 3 tbsp white wine.
  • Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
