Combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add chicken to mixture coating each piece well. Refrigerate overnight
Remove chicken from sour cream mixture, roll in bread crumbs coating evenly.
Preheat oven to 350.
Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Melt butter and shortening in small pan.
Spoon half mixture over chicken.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes
Pour the remaining mixture over chicken and bake 10-15 minute more
