Ingredients
  

  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1½ c Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Cream of tartar

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg whites and salt till stiff peaks form.
  • Fold in sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoons full
  • Bake at 300 for 25 minutes
