Breakfast Egg Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- 9 Eggs
- 3 c Milk
- 1 tbsp Ground mustard
- 1 lb Spicy breakfast sausage crumbed and cooked
- 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 loaf Texas Toast , trim crust
Instructions
- Brown 1 tbsp Ground mustard in skillet, set aside.
- Beat 9 Eggs until fluffy.
- Add 1 tbsp Ground mustard and 3 c Milk to eggs, mix well.
- Spray 13×9 glass pan with cooking spray. Layer 1 loaf Texas Toast in glass 13×9 pan
Notes
It can be made and immediately cooked but the casserole tend to be more flat
