Sausage and Egg Casserole
Equipment
- 9×13 Glass pan
Ingredients
- 9 Eggs
- 3 c Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Dry mustard
Instructions
- Beat the ingredients until fluffy.
- Layer bottom of lightly greased casserole dish with crustless slices of bread.
- Brown 2 lbs of sausage. Drain sausage and sprinkle over bread.
- Sprinkle 2½ c shredded cheddar cheese over sausage
- Pour egg mixture over everything.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
