Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Frozen hash browns , thawed
  • 1 can Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 sm Onion, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Crushed cornflakes
  • ½ stick Butter

Instructions
 

  • Mixd hash browns, mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, onion and salt/pepper together. Put it in a 9×13 inch pan.
  • Crush plain cornflakes on top and sprinkle with ½ stick of butter (melted) or margarine.
  • Bake at 350 ℉ for 1 hour
