Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Frozen hash browns , thawed
- 1 can Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 sm Onion, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Crushed cornflakes
- ½ stick Butter
Instructions
- Mixd hash browns, mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, onion and salt/pepper together. Put it in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Crush plain cornflakes on top and sprinkle with ½ stick of butter (melted) or margarine.
- Bake at 350 ℉ for 1 hour
