Sausage and Egg Casserole

  • 9×13 Glass pan

Ingredients
  

  • 9 Eggs
  • 3 c Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • tsp Dry mustard

Instructions
 

  • Beat the ingredients until fluffy.
  • Layer bottom of lightly greased casserole dish with crustless slices of bread.
  • Brown 2 lbs of sausage. Drain sausage and sprinkle over bread.
  • Sprinkle 2½ c shredded cheddar cheese over sausage
  • Pour egg mixture over everything.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
