Breakfast Egg Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 9 Eggs
  • 3 c Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ground mustard
  • 1 lb Spicy breakfast sausage crumbed and cooked
  • 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 loaf Texas Toast , trim crust

Method
 

  1. Brown 1 tbsp Ground mustard in skillet, set aside.
  2. Beat 9 Eggs until fluffy.
  3. Add 1 tbsp Ground mustard and 3 c Milk to eggs, mix well.
  4. Spray 13×9 glass pan with cooking spray. Layer 1 loaf Texas Toast in glass 13×9 pan

Notes

It can be made and immediately cooked but the casserole tend to be more flat
